GLUING MACHINE:

Gluing machine is the key equipment for making aluminium honeycomb core which prepares the foil with or without perforation (tiny air passing holes needed for panel making, using a panel hot press or vacuum table) it prints glue lines on the foil, dries the glue and stacks the sheets.

PRESSING MACHINE:

We make both hot press machine and cold press machine. Press machine is used to press the aluminum honeycomb block.

It is the necessary step of producing the honeycomb core and honycomb pane.

2. Max. honeycomb slice width for hot pressing: 600mm.

3. Hot temperature: 180 degree.

CUTTING MACHINE:

Linwell cutting machine is used to cut the aluminum honeycomb block into the needed height.

It includes control systems, frequency conversion motor, drive reducer, bearing frame, linear guides,

ball screw, sliding beams, limit switch, jaws, etc.. Its features are: compact and easy to operate and improve production

efficiency.

1. Max. cutting length 2.5m.

2. Max. cutting height 70mm, thickness 70mm.

3. Absolute thickness accuracy: +-0.15mm.

4. Cutting speed: Adjustable.

5. Imported blade thickness 2.0mm, size 255mm.

EXPANDING MACHINE:

Linwell expanding machine is used for aluminum honeycomb core stretch forming. In the production of cellular material, its function to pull even honeycomb core, each hole regular hexagon. It includes control systems, frequency conversion motor, drive reducer, bearing frame, linear guides, ball screw, sliding beams, limit switch, jaws, etc.. Its features are: compact and easy to operate and improve production efficiency; lower stretch forming of aluminum honeycomb rejection rate.

Automatic expanding machine, manual input the bolts, and press automatic button, it will be expanded by machine, no need manual pull expanding.

Specification:

1. General size of aluminum honeycomb core for expanding: 2.2m*3m, other sizes can be adjusted according to customers' requirement.
